A year ago, God put it on my heart to start a blog. I was scared and I didn’t know why. I liked to write and it was a fun hobby, but to do a blog? That took work and commitment. Still, God told me to, so I did it. And I’m so glad I did.

In the time I have done this blog, I have learned how to listen to God, to follow Him, to trust Him. It has been proven time and time again, that no matter how I feel, what I know, and what I do, God is there waiting for me. He is waiting for me to listen and love Him. He’s waiting to love me in return. I have grown an appreciation for the little things God does that I haven’t seen before. I am so thankful for those that read and follow this blog. I pray that it continues to bless you and that God blesses you for the encouragement you all have given me. Thank you, all. Thank you, God.

Because of His amazing faithfulness, I have continued to learn how to see God in everything. I have continued to hope. So, for this next coming year, I pray that this blog helps others to see and hear God in the little things He does for us. I pray that it can encourage others to continue to search for Him because they will find Him.

So as a redo of my first post, the mission of this blog is to help people hear and see the modern parables of life. Through stories, pictures, bookmarks, or the things I have found in my life. I strive to post on Sunday. I hope this blog encourages us to see the one good, Godly, thing in our days.
